"Blessed are the Poor in Spirit..."
We cannot heal, save, or complete ourselves by sheer effort. It is humility that loosens our grip on pride and illusion, creating space for grace to enter. When we humble ourselves we become teachable, receptive, and open to change. In that surrender, transformation begins—not as self-improvement, but as a deep reshaping of the heart.

Mind, Body, Spirit
Embrace this transformative journey of self-discovery and growth, empowering yourself to live boldly and authentically.

MIND
Renewal of the mind. Awareness of the thought patterns and processes that lead to death and self-destruction. Replacing them with new ways of thinking filled with discernment, hope, confidence, and truth.

BODY
A man's body is a tool used to do God's will. To provide for and protect those who depend on him. It is neither to be neglected or used for self-gratification. We are careful to nourish, build, and strengthen this gift God gave us, then use it for His will.

SPIRIT
When a man is fully self-aware...knowing who he is and who God is...he will orient himself and all he has toward the Kingdom of God. Healthy men hunger to be the best version of themselves. It is shown outwardly through confident acts of love.
